My work explores how sensory experiences (especially taste) can reconnect us to what has been bred out, forgotten, or overlooked. Through foraging, craft and collaboration I create tools, tastings and narratives to invite new ways of relating to food, the natural world and lost knowledge.

Fungal Diary

My first exploration into growing and experimenting with mycelium. This diary documents different stages; from preparing the substrate to watching the fungal network slowly grow (and even some moulds taking over). It’s an ongoing process of learning through trial and error, observing growth patterns and developing a closer understanding of mycelium as a living material.
